Hello how to kill the king
Can you help me by conducting a online training workshop on the basic rules and play of checkers!
I have a chess and checkers but my checkers has no kings like this video is describing
If any coin other than king reaches to the last row of the opponent side, can it be moved backwards??
Very helpful.
lt's very nicely bro😁😄😆😍🥰
In order to be crowned does the checker have to be on the first row only of the opponents side or any first three rows of the opponents side?
Very helpful thanks
Can we move checkers 2 times at once
Bro, we can capture two coins in diagonally straight forward
Can a none king capture a king???? Oh yeah. Subscribed…👍
1:52 u should’ve took the one up and and down to the left to capture two
This is very helpful 😇😇
Good explanation.
We were unable to make any moves after a couple of minutes. It seemed that the way we moved made it for an unusual situation. Only about three pieces altogether had been captured. What’s the rule in this situation? We just called it a draw.
I gave the thousandth like.
Found this video helpful.
Post such videos for difficult games.
It was helpful i never played that but i know it!
How to capture king but
I cant be the only one who saw that Bitcoin logo on the coin flip! #HODL
Are you allowed to just sit in a box with 4 kings an just go back an forth waiting for them to make an opening? Asking for a friend
Bonus house rule: Kings can move as many spaces diagonally as it likes, so it's easier to capture!
Dude go review your checkers rules or something! Literally cost me the game
so you can only go forward unless you have a king right. and you can move ones unless you can subsequently takes opponents pieces without a limit?
And if you can make a capture, you must make it.
Here in the Philippines we have a rule that if you didn't capture a piece that needs to be captured, then your opponent can remove your piece that should be making a capture. In conclusion a capture must always be done if there is a chance. And also we have a TOUCH MOVE rule, that if you touch your piece that should be the piece that you need to move, if it is eligible to move.
Can a draught capture a king?
Why do i see some competitions able to move their king more than 1 square?
Hi, I would like to use your videos in the traditional game exhibition in an event titled UNIMY Malaysian Cultural Event 2022. Hope that you would allow it, I will give a cred later. Thanks!
We seem to have a different rules of checkers here in our locality. Regular checks MUST capture an opponent piece if it can be captured and the regular pieces can also capture backwards. The king piece can move in all diagonal directions.
For checkers, I prefer to call the unpromoted pieces commoners and the promoted pieces governors.
Here in Belize we have the same rules, if your opponent didn't capture his opponent piece we call it huff the huff you capture your opponent piece and have to make e move
What I notice you guys have the double check set on the right hand side of the board
We play the double check on the left side
Need help with that anyone?
We also play each piece can capture diagonal back words or forward and the king capture long distance diagonal more than one piece at the same time if the square are empty
And you must capture the most piece at all times there is no choice in that
I love 💕 your video very informative thanks for giving us so much
Can be king captured or can king go from the beginning to the end of the board diagonally?
It’d be really cool if the most prominent colors in checkers were blue and red
A checkers board is ten by ten squares, this is a chess board
Wait a minute.. at 3:18 he made a mistake somewhere. He used his king to jump, but there was no opponent in the position to be jumped, anddd it was a double jump move. Idk where yall are from, but I know around here, the move he made would be prime definition as cheating!!! Lmao.
I thought blowing an opponents piece is a rule, no? For instance, if there is a jump available and you don’t jump your opponent, they can then blow your piece (taking it for not taking the jump). Also, what if an opponent has two available spots to jump you and takes one, can you blow the other jump (taking the other piece for not jumping)? I ask, because you only can move one space at a time, so technically you should NOT be able to blow them for not jumping you if they took the other jump same turn, right? Last, can a king jump over multiple pieces at a time without a blank space behind each? (Sorry if my question is confusing for some beginners, but I think seasoned checkers players may understand my questions moreso).
